The order date is the day you made your purchase and the ship date is the day when your order is shipped from our warehouse.

We do not currently ship to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to security reasons.

If you want to get updated with everything about True Strom, you can simply sign up with us and you will be able to get e-mail updates about new products, sales, promotions, announcements, and events.

This may happen when the item is no longer in stock or sold out.

There are several reasons behind the cancelation of your order, but the below-mentioned can be one of the reasons. So please make sure to read it.

  • The item you are trying to order is sold out or out of stock.
  • The other reason maybe because we were unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order. In case the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once the information is updated, you can place your order by using the correct billing address.

Note: If the order cancellation was due to the above-mentioned cause, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. If you have paid for the order through PayPal, the charged amount for the canceled items will be refunded back to the original form of payment. The refunds can take 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Yes, your personal and credit card information is secure from unauthorized access and use. All of our transactions are made through a secure server where your computer and server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.

In such case, please reach out to us at support@truestrom.com. Make sure to include the order number, SKU number, color, and name of product if possible. If you do not have any idea about the product, you can send a picture of the front and back of the product in our email.

If you have not received your order but your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, you must contact us within 30 days from the delivery date to file a claim.

We will provide you the necessary assistance during the claiming process. Please note that the claims can take up to 30 days depending upon the shipping carrier used.
