Returning online orders here at True Strom is easy. You can send back the items you would like to return via mail. To return by mail, please see the information below.

Any US online purchases made at Truestrom.com can be returned and shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase for a refund/credit.

Please follow the following steps;
1. Make sure to pack and seal the box securely in the original box. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can also use an unmarked box or any packing box to ship your return.
2. Include a copy of order confirmation in the return package.
3.Once you complete the packaging, mail your return package to the address below:
